Each link is a revocable URL for the same stream as the public /HLS/ feed. Revoking one stops players
using it within a few seconds; the public feed is unaffected. Links add friction, not real security:
someone who inspects their player's traffic can still find the public feed.

Restart Job, but with every .m3u8 playlist started over from scratch instead of appended to. Happens automatically whenever a job starts and the newest .ts segment is over a minute old. Drops the stream for a few seconds.
Kills every ffmpeg process on this box and restarts the LiveEncoder service itself -- use only when Restart Job (Monitor tab) doesn't clear a stuck state. Drops the stream for several seconds.
